Viking Feast

 Our Viking Feast will feature Danske Frikedeller og kogte kartofler med en laekert sovs pa (Danish Meatballs and boiled potatoes smothered in a delicious gravy. Agurke Salat (Sweet n Sour Cucumber salad), Rodkal (Sweet n Sour Red Cabbage), a slice of Swedish Limpe bread on the side and for dessert a Swedish Torte (Layer cake).

Smorrebrod Booth

 This booth will feature traditional open-faced sandwiches. Build your own sandwich! Anything from ham, cheese and other delectable toppings to Liver pate or tasty scandinavian salads on top.

Swedish Hot Dogs

 This is a Swedish favorite! A tasty foot long hot dog in a bed of mashed potatoes wrapped in a soft flour tortilla. Your favorite condiments go on top. Delicious!

Waffle Ice Cream Cones

Easily the most favorite food item at the festival, these ice-cream cones are baked while you wait! They are then filled with your choice of Strawberry, Vanilla or Chocolate ice cream with a dollop of pink marshmallow creme on top. Simply heavenly!
